Linear Scale Field
The Linear Scale field allows users to rate a statement or question using a numeric scale. This type of field is commonly used in surveys to measure opinions, satisfaction levels, or agreement levels.
Users select one value from the scale range (for example 1 to 5) that best represents their response.
Example usage:

Rate your satisfaction with the service.

Indicate your level of agreement with the statement.
How to Create a Linear Scale Field
- Right-click on Form Content.
- Select Create.
- Choose Linear Scale Field.
- Enter a field name (e.g. How easy is it to use the FormBN services?)).

Min Label: Very Difficult

Max Label: Very Easy

Min Value
Defines the starting number of the scale.
If left empty, the default value is 1.Max Value
Defines the maximum number on the scale.
If left empty, the default value is 5. - Click Save.
As a result:
A Linear scale will appear on the form, allowing users to select scale number.
