Form Themes

Form Themes allow Tenant Admin to customise the visual appearance of forms within FormBN.

This feature helps maintain a consistent identity for agencies, ensuring forms look organised, professional, and aligned with corporate branding.

How to Create a Form Theme

Right-click on Themes folder and select Create.

Select Theme.

Enter a Theme Name (e.g. EGNC Theme) and complete the theme settings by:
- Uploading logo files:
  - Logo on Light – for light or white background display
  - Logo on Dark – for dark background display
- Selecting the Primary Colour, which will be used as the main highlight and accent colour throughout the form

After completing all theme configurations, click Save and Publish to apply and activate the theme for use.

ℹ️ Form Editors may apply available Form Themes when configuring a form.
