Radio List

The Radio List field allows users to select a single option from a list of predefined choices.

It is best suited for scenarios where only one response is valid, such as selecting a preferred brand, choosing a payment method, or answering a yes/no-style question.

Form creators configure the available options using selectable values, ensuring consistency in the choices presented.

  1. Right-click on Form Content.
  2. Choose Radio List.
  3. Select Radio List.
  4. Enter a field name (e.g. How did you first find out about this service?).
  5. Under Field Settings > Selectable Values, enter the options to be ranked. You may add them all at once or individually. For clear step-by-step guidance, please refer to the Adding Selectable Values guide to ensure proper setup.
