FormBN Upcoming Updates: New Login Experience & Tenant Admin Publishing Page

To enhance security and simplify access, a new login experience will be introduced soon.

New Login Steps

  1. Go to the FormBN login page.

  2. Enter your Government email address (e.g. ahmad.muhammad@egnc.gov.bn)

  3. Click Request OTP to receive a 6-digit verification code in your email.

  4. Enter the 6-digit OTP code  and select Verify OTP to proceed.

For First-Time User Login 

When this feature becomes available, first-time users will be guided to complete their account setup after logging in with OTP.

  • Select your Ministry and Department from the provided dropdown lists to complete your user profile.

  • Once your information is confirmed, you will be redirected to your FormBN dashboard to begin using the system.

Tenant Admin Publishing Page 

As part of the second upcoming update, FormBN will introduce a more direct and efficient way for Tenant Admins to access and manage form approval requests.

By clicking Publishing, Tenant Admins will be taken directly to the Publishing Approval Request Page, where they can conveniently view, review, and take action on form approval requests

These new login features are currently under development and will be available in an upcoming update.
A formal announcement will be made once the new login process is implemented.
