Request Approval to Publish
Your form looks great! 🙌 Now let’s send it to your Tenant Admin for approval.
- Navigate to your form
- Click “Send for Approval” in the bottom-right corner.
- When prompted, enter a Reason. Briefly describe the form, its purpose, and the intended users. This helps your Tenant Admin review it faster.
- Click “Send Request.”
Once sent, editing will be temporarily disabled until your Tenant Admin approves or rejects the form.
Now just sit tight while your Tenant Admin reviews your form!
