Login

Easily log in to FormBN with your government email address.

Steps to Log In

  1. Go to the FormBN login page.

  2. Enter your Government email address (e.g ahmad.muhammad@egnc.gov.bn)

  1. Click Request OTP to receive a 6-digit verification code in your email.
  2. Enter the 6-digit OTP code  and select Verify OTP to proceed.

For First-Time User Login

First-time users will be guided to complete their account setup after logging in with OTP.

  1. Select your Ministry and Department from the dropdown lists to complete your user profile.
