Submission Settings

  1. Automatically open your form after approval
Toggle “Is open for submissions” to ON if you want your form to accept responses as soon as it’s approved. Leave it OFF to keep it closed even after approval.
  2. Set a closing date for submissions
Pick a date to automatically close submissions. The form will stop accepting responses at 00:00 midnight on the selected date.
You can also customise the message shown to users once the form is closed.
  3. Allow respondents to save their progress
Turn "Allow save as draft" on to let respondents save their form as a draft. A “Save as Draft” button will appear at the top-right of the form. Respondents can enter their email address to receive a secure link and continue later.
  4. Set a submission quota
Enable “Has submission quota” and enter the maximum number of submissions you’ll accept. Once the quota is reached, no more responses will be allowed.
  5. Prevent duplicate entries in a specific field
Switch on “Enable unique value field submission restriction” to ensure each entry in a chosen field (e.g., email or user ID) is unique. Select which field should be restricted.
  6. Allow respondents to edit their submissions
Turn on “Allow respondent to edit after submission” if you’d like respondents to update their responses later. You can also set an edit deadline to stop changes after a certain time.
