How to Create and Use Submission Tags

Submission Tags allow you to categorise and organise your form submissions. For example, in a Public Service Feedback Survey, you may want to tag submissions as Approved, Pending, or Rejected to help track their status during review.

Steps to Create Submission Tags

  1.  In your form workspace, right-click on Submission Tags, then select Create.
1
  1. From the options, choose Submission Tag.
2
  1. Enter a title for your tag (e.g. Approved, Pending, Rejected), then click Save to confirm.
3
  1. Once all tags are created, send your form for approval. After the form is approved, the Submission Tags will be available for use.
