Publish Form

Once your form is ready, you can open it for submissions and share the link with respondents.

Step 1 - Open the Form for Submssions

  1. In your individual workspace, click on your form to open its Settings page.
  2. Toggle Is Open For Submissions to On to allow people to submit responses.
    • Toggling it Off will close the form for submissions.
  3. (Optional) You can:
    • Set a closing date for the form to automatically stop accepting submissions.
    • Write a custom message that will be shown when the form is closed.
      • If no message is set, a default “Form is closed” message will be displayed.
  4. Click Save and Publish.

Step 2 - To View Your Form

  1. Click Info in the top-right corner of the page.

  2. Find your form link and click it to open your live form.

Previewing your form

  1. On your form, click Save and Preview. It will open up another page.
  2. You should be able to view your form, with a "You are in Preview Mode" text at the top
