Step Group

The Step Group is used to divide a form into multiple steps or stages, allowing users to complete the form in smaller, organized sections.

This improves the user experience for longer forms by reducing information overload and guiding users through the form step by step.

Each step can contain its own fields, making the overall process clearer and easier to follow.

How to Create a Step Group and Add Steps

1. Right-click on Form Content.
2. Select Create.
3. Choose Step Group.
4. Enter a field name (e.g. Step Group).
5. Right-click on the step group and select Create.
6. Choose Step.
7. Enter a field name for the step (e.g., Step 1 – Personal Information).
8. Right-click on the step and select Create to add fields under that step.
9. Repeat Steps 5 – 8 to create additional steps as needed.
10. Click Save and Publish.

The form will be divided into steps with the specified names, each containing the fields you have added under them.
