Rich Text

The Rich Text field allows form creators to display formatted text within a form.

It supports features such as bold, italic, bullet points, and hyperlinks, making it useful for providing detailed instructions, explanations, or contextual information.

Unlike a textbox, the rich text field is not intended for user input but rather for presenting styled content directly on the form.

How to Create a Rich Text Field

  1. Right-click on Form Content.
  2. Select Create.
  3. Choose Rich Text.
  4. Enter a field name (e.g. Explain your reason).
  5. Click Save and Publish.

As a result:

A rich text block will appear on the form, allowing formatted text such as bold, italics, lists, and links to be displayed within the form content.
