Ranking Field
The Ranking Field allows users to arrange a list of options in order of preference using a drag-and-drop interface.
Form creators can configure the available options through selectable values, ensuring consistency and flexibility in the ranking choices.
This field is particularly useful in surveys, feedback forms, or decision-making processes where prioritization or preference needs to be captured clearly.
How to Create a Ranking Field
- Right-click on Form Content.
- Select Create.
- Choose Ranking Field.
- Enter a field name (e.g. Please rank the following public facilities that should be prioritized for development (1 = Highest Priority)).
- Under Field Settings > Selectable Values, enter the options to be ranked. You may add them all at once or individually. For clear step-by-step guidance, please refer to the Adding Selectable Values guide to ensure proper setup.
- Click Save and Publish.
As a result:
A drag-and-drop interface will appear on the form, allowing users to rank the provided options in their preferred order.
