List
The List field enables users to add multiple entries of related information within a single form section.
Each entry is structured using predefined entity types, such as dependants, family members, or project items, allowing for consistent data collection.
This field is especially useful when capturing repeating sets of information where the number of entries may vary between users.
How to Create a List
- Right-click on Form Content.
- Select Create.
- Choose List Field.
- Enter a field name (e.g. Child's Dependant).
- Under Field Settings > Entity Type, select or configure the entity type that defines the items within the list. For detailed guidance, refer to the Adding Entity Types guide.
- (Optional) Click Preview to view the list field in action.
- Click Save and Publish.

The form will display a list field with the specified label, allowing users to add multiple entries according to the defined entity types.
