Label Fields

The Label Field is a non-input element used to display static text within a form.

It helps provide instructions, guidance, or contextual information to users without requiring a response.

Labels can also be styled as headers, warnings, alerts, or informational messages to improve the form’s structure, readability, and clarity.

How to Create a Basic Label

  1. Right-click on Form Content.
  2. Select Create.
  3. Choose Label Field.
  4. Enter a field name and the text you want to display under Content.
  5. Click Save and Publish.

As a result:

The entered text will be displayed on the form as a label, using the default styling.

How to Create Page Headers, Section Headers, and Paragraph Headers

  1. Right-click on Form Content.
  2. Select Create.
  3. Choose Label Field.
  4. Enter a field name and the header text under Content.
  5. From the Font Style dropdown, select Headers > Page Header, Section Header, or Paragraph Header, depending on your formatting needs.
  6. Click Save and Publish.

The text will be displayed on the form using the chosen header style, helping to organize content into clear sections.

How to Create Warning, Alert, and Informational Labels

  1. Right-click on Form Content.
  2. Select Create.
  3. Choose Label Field.
  4. Enter a field name and the label message under Content.
  5. Under Label Type, click Add and choose one of the following types:
    • Warning 
    • Alert 
    • Informational
  6. Click Save and Publish.

The label will be displayed on the form with the selected style:

  • Warning: Red border with a circular info icon.
  • Alert: Yellow border with a triangular warning icon.
  • Informational: Black border with a circular info icon.
