Image Field
The Image Field allows users to upload or capture images directly within a form.
It is commonly used for submitting visual documents such as identification cards, receipts, or proof of attendance.
Form creators can configure settings such as image size limits and accepted formats (e.g. JPG, PNG), ensuring that uploaded files meet the required standards.
Users may either take a photo using their device’s camera or upload an existing image from their files.
How to Create an Image Field
- Right-click on Form Content.
- Select Create.
- Choose Image Field.
- Enter a field name (e.g. Upload your IC (front)).
- Click Save and Publish.
As a result:
An image upload field will appear on the form, allowing users to either take a photo using their camera or upload an image from their device.
How to Set a Maximum Image File Size
- Follow the steps in How to Create an Image Field to create your image field.
- Under Upload Settings > Max File Size, enter the maximum image file size allowed in bytes (e.g. 5000).
- Click Save and Publish.
As a result:
Users will only be able to upload image files that stay within the specified size limit.
