Checkbox List Field

The Checkbox List Field allows users to select multiple options from a predefined list of choices.

It is useful when more than one response may apply, such as selecting preferred services, add-on features, or areas of interest.

Form creators configure the available options through selectable values, ensuring consistency in how choices are presented across forms.

How to Create a Checkbox List Field

1. Right-click on Form Content.
2. Select Create.
3. Choose Checkbox List Field.
4. Enter a field name (e.g. Which government services have you used in the past 12 months? (Select all that apply)).
5. Under Field Settings > Selectable Values, add the items to be displayed as checkbox options. You may enter them all at once or individually. For detailed guidance, see the Adding Selectable Values guide.
6. Click Save and Publish.
