Checkbox Field
The Checkbox Field provides a single checkbox option that users can either select or leave unselected.
It is commonly used for confirmations, agreements, or optional add-ons, such as acknowledging terms, opting in to receive updates, or selecting an additional service.
Form creators can customize the label and description to clearly indicate the purpose of the checkbox.
How to Create a Single Checkbox Field
- Right-click on Form Content.
- Select Create.
- Choose Checkbox Field.
- Enter a field name (e.g. Add-ons checkbox).
- Under Label, enter the display text (e.g. Add-on options).
- (Optional) Under Description, add supporting text (e.g. Please check to include add-on options).
- Click Save and Publish.
As a result:
The form will display a single checkbox with its label, along with optional description text if provided.
