Booking Field
The Booking Field allows users to select from a predefined list of bookable items, such as training slots, appointment times, or service schedules.
It is particularly useful in forms that require time-based or resource-based reservations.
Form creators can configure booking items to match availability, ensuring users can only select from valid and approved options.
How to Create a Booking Field
- Right-click on Form Content.
- Select Create.
- Choose Booking Field.
- Enter a field name (e.g. Select a training slot).
- Under Field Settings > Booking Items, add and configure the available booking options. For detailed guidance, refer to the Adding Bookings guide.
- Click Save and Publish.
As a result:
The form will display a booking field with the configured list of items, allowing users to select from the available options.
