How to Create Email Templates

You can configure Email Templates for Submit Actions that involve sending emails.

  1. Right-click on Email Templates in your form workspace.
  2. Click Create and select Email Template.
  3. Enter a title for your template and fill in the email configurations.
  4. Under Body, click "Add content" and choose what kind of content you wish to add (e.g. Rich text, email, banner)
  5. Save and Publish.
