Adding Selectable Values

Selectable Values are the options that appear in fields such as Dropdowns or Ranking lists.
Before you can use them in your form, you need to create and configure them in the Selectable Values section of your workspace.

Step 1 - Create a Selectable Values Collection

In your form workspace, right-click on Selectable Values.
Select Create → Selectable Values Collection.
Enter a clear title for your collection (e.g. “Car Brands”).
Click Save and Publish.

Step 2 - Add Values to the Collection

Right-click on the Selectable Values Collection you just created.
Select Create → Selectable Value.
Enter a name for your option (e.g., “Honda”, “Mazda”, “Toyota”).
Click Save.
Repeat for all the values you want to include in your list.

Step 3 - Add Selectable Values to Your Field

Go back to your form in the form builder.
Open your Dropdown or Ranking field settings.
Link the field to the Selectable Values Collection you created.

Step 4 - Preview Your Form

Open the Preview mode in the form builder.
Locate your field (Dropdown or Ranking).
Select one of the available values to ensure everything is working correctly.
