Adding Bookings

To allow respondents to select specific dates, times, or slots in your form, you first need to configure your Bookings before adding them to a Booking field.
Bookings are made up of Bookable Items (categories or events) and Bookable Slots (specific time slots).

Step 1 - Create a Bookable Item

1. In your form workspace, right-click on Bookings.
2. Click Create → Bookable Item.
3. Type a clear name for your item (e.g., “Training Sessions”, “Saturday Slots”).
4. Click Save and Publish.

Step 2 - Add Available Time Slots

1. Right-click the Bookable Item you just made.
2. Click Create → Bookable Slot.
3. Type a slot name (e.g., “9:00 AM”, “2:00 PM”).
4. Click Save.
5. Repeat for each time slot you want to offer.

Step 3 - Add the Booking Field to Your Form

1. Open your form in the form builder.
2. Add a Booking field to your form.
3. Link it to the Bookable Item you created earlier.

Step 4 - Preview Your Form

1. Click Preview in the form builder.
2. Check that your booking options are showing correctly.
3. Try selecting a time slot to make sure it works.
