Adding fields

  1. Expand your form
  2. Right-click on Form Content, select Create
  3. Select your desired field.
  4. Enter the appropriate field name and fill in the necessary information to the field.
  5. Click Save and Publish to save the changes.
  6. Remember to add a "Submit" button at the very end!

Previewing your form

  1. On your form, click Save and Preview. It will open up another page.
  2. You should be able to view your form, with a "You are in Preview Mode" text at the top
