FormBN Updates: New Login Experience & Tenant Admin Publishing Page

To improve security and make logging in easier, the new login experience has now been launched.

New Login Steps

Go to the FormBN login page.
Enter your Government email address (e.g. ahmad.muhammad@egnc.gov.bn)

3. Click Request OTP to receive a 6-digit verification code in your email.

4. Enter the 6-digit OTP code and select Verify OTP to proceed.

For First-Time User Login

When this feature is introduced, first-time users will be guided to complete their account setup after logging in with OTP.

Select your Ministry and Department from the dropdown lists to complete your user profile.
Once your information is verified, you will be redirected to your FormBN dashboard to begin using the system.

Tenant Admin Publishing Page

FormBN has now introduced a more direct and efficient way for Tenant Admins to access and manage form approval requests.

By clicking Publishing on the navigation bar, Tenant Admins are taken directly to the Publishing Approval Request Page, where they can conveniently view, review, and take action on all form approval requests.
